The second drill includes Muay Thai elbow and knee technique that can also be used on small focus mitts when done within a group of combos. In Dutch kickboxing such combos are often done with gloves rather than mitts.
The first partner drill shows a kickboxing combination that starts with a jab and ends with a low kick. It is exercised for speed and focus while shifting bodyweight during the drill. Click on image to view the drill.
