Since 1983 the leading global sanctioning body for amateur kickboxing requires equipment to be certified for high standard of safety. Headguards and kickboxing gloves need to meet highest criteria for homologation. Only a few select brands and products are given the approval stamps of the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations.
