As one might imagine, we get an enormous number of requests for sponsorship throughout the year. Given the number of athletes and organizations that contact us for support, it is impossible to discuss details with every interested party. Because of the time and costs involved, we have to budget for sponsorship every fall for the following year. Therefore, we ask that everyone follow these guidelines for requesting sponsorship: Requests must be submitted in writing and mailed directly to Fighters-Inc. No emailed applications will be accepted, and phone calls to Fighters-Inc. will be directed to this site. 

We accept applications from August 1st until October 31st for sponsorship for the following year. Due to the very high volume of applicants, we will only be contacting the athletes and organizations that we have chosen to sponsor for each year. Given the time and resource constraints, we are unable to contact everyone who submitted materials, nor respond directly to inquiries as to whether a particular application is under consideration. 

Applications should include:

  • A cover page- introduce yourself or your organization, tell us a story. We want to know what your contribution would be not only to Fighters-Inc. but to your sport and to the greater community.
  • Any pertinent press and/or third-party information
  • An estimate of cost or quantity of products
  • Timelines, if relevant
  • A list all other co-sponsors, if applicable
  • Clothing and shoe size
  • Contact information
