GENERAL ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

• All Fighters-Inc. transactions are processed using secure server technology, ensuring the safety of personal and financial information. We use Shopify payments as the payment processing.  
• All orders will be processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). All shipping methods are calculated in business days. All packages have been insured. 
• Rates* listed below are for retail customers only:  

For wholesale customers: All calculations will be done automatically on the website.  
For larger orders, shipping must be calculated manually. You are able to check out and pay for the goods only. Fighters-Inc. will receive the order, calculate the shipping manually, and will contact you. 

• We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® card online. Payments by phone are also accepted. 

Attention: For security reasons, the billing address and zip code must match the address and zip code of your card when issued.  
Shipment will be sent to the original billing addresses of the card holder, only. If the address is different, we will have to verify the address by phone: 386-676-3803 and e-mail: info@fighters-inc.com.

Nike shoes can only be ordered if the Billing and Shipping addresses are the same and must be sent to a residential address.

• There is a NO return, exchange or refund policy on mouth guards, gift certificates, or custom apparel. 
• Discounts and promotions may not be combined.  
• No additional discounts on already discounted items. 
• All the shipping times are estimated, they are NOT Guarantied except for UPS Next Day and UPS/FedEx 2day air.

• Promo codes are not valid for already discounted items (ring, cages and floor mats included).

OVERSIZED ORDERS: 

• Shipping on all oversized orders must be calculated manually.  

SHIPPING TO APO, FPO: 

• Customers ordering to APO, FPO addresses must choose the “other country” option within the cart, then check out without payment. 
• After we receive your order, a Fighters-Inc. representative will contact you with the shipping options. Once shipping quote has been discussed and agreed on, a PayPal® money request will be sent to your e-mail.

SHIPPING TO CANADA & MEXICO:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

• *Customers ordering outside of the United States and Canada must choose the “other country” option within the cart. Locate and select the appropriate Country where the shipment is desired to be sent to, then check out without payment.
