I AM A SIZE SEVEN AND A HALF IN SHOES, SO I GUESS I NEED A MEN´S MEDIUM ON THE FOOT GEAR. (AMERICAN SIZE).AND THE GLOVES ALSO A SIZE MEDIUM.
