Shipping:

All approved orders will be processed within 24 working hours. At the time of purchase, you will be able to decide how you would like to ship your order, but normal UPS ground shipping within the continental US guarantees that your order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. If you've provided your email address at the time of purchase, UPS services can notify you that your package has been picked-up and allow you to track its delivery progress online at the UPS website.

Return Policy:

Fighters Inc. takes great care to provide its customers with the highest quality of goods. Should any customer feel unsatisfied with their purchase please send the product back with the original packing and a letter explaining the reason of the return and the action you would like for us to take. Customers can return any product which hasn't been washed, worn, altered, or soiled for refund, credit, or exchange if the product is in "resalable" condition within a 14 day period after the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that result from use of the products. Use of the products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

Send all returns to: Fighters Inc., 400 Parque Drive, Suite 5, Ormond Beach, FL. 32174. Customers should send packages insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If the customer should request that we replace or exchange an item, they will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.

Fighters Inc. only collects information that is required to process customer orders correctly and register them as a preferred customer of the Fighters Inc website. We, by no means, sell or share customer's personal info to third party groups or solicitors. When purchases are made, customer financial information will not be stored on our website and credit cards will be processed behind the secure firewall of our merchant service provider, ELAVON (a branch of the Wachovia group). In this way we can insure the security of customer's personal information. After, a customer has decided to purchase their order online; they will be directed away from our Fighters Inc shopping cart to pay on a secure processing page of ELAVON, before returning to the Fighters Inc website. ELAVON uses firewalls and high level SSL security to protect your financial information while making your purchases online, so Fighters Inc doesn't need to see or know our customer's personal financial information.
